Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
If your order has already been shipped or is on its way, you can still request a cancellation.
In this case, the refund will be initiated after we receive the returned product and verify it at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after cancellation.
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@vitran.co.in with your order ID and reason for return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported and returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
You can return products that are damaged, faulty, expired, or incorrect, as long as they are in their original packaging.
If a return is approved, any customs duties paid will also be refunded.
If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead of a replacement.
However, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with
Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels
Products with tampered serial numbers
Items not covered by the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty
Return requests made after 15 business days from delivery
Free gifts received as part of promotional offers
Customized or modified items (e.g., eyeliners) and personal care appliances
For Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products
Please reach out to us at info@vitran.co.in within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and images of the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Returning Free Gifts
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the original product for the return to be accepted.
Partial Returns
You can return part of your order, but make sure to send back all items and accessories that came with the product you’re returning.
Refund Process
